At Play to Say Therapy, we believe in clear communication—about progress and pricing.
You’ll always know what to expect before your first session.

We’re an out-of-network provider, which means you pay directly and can submit for reimbursement through your insurance. Most families receive partial reimbursement for speech therapy under their plan’s “out-of-network speech therapy” benefits. We’re happy to help you navigate it step-by-step.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted for all services.

Speech-Communication Evaluation

  • 90-120-minute evaluation and report — $300

Therapy Sessions

We offer flexible scheduling and session lengths so therapy can fit your family’s rhythm.

  • 30-minute session — $75

  • 45-minute session — $100

  • 60-minute session — $125

  • In-Home Therapy (60 min) — $150

Small-Group Sessions (2–6 children)

Small groups are a fun and effective way for children to practice communication and social skills with peers.

  • 45-minute group (per child) — $65

  • 60-minute group (per child) — $80

Prepaid Bundles: How They Work

To support families who are ready to commit to a block of therapy, Play to Say Therapy offers savings on prepaid speech therapy sessions.

  • Prepay more than $500 in speech therapy sessions and receive a 10% discount.

  • Prepay more than $1,000 in speech therapy sessions and receive a 15% discount.

These savings apply to therapy sessions only (for example, weekly 60-minute in-clinic sessions at $125 per session). Evaluations and additional services (such as written reports or school meetings) are billed at the standard rate and are not discounted.

When you choose a prepaid bundle, you pay in advance and then use those sessions over time as your child attends therapy. This can:

  • Reduce your overall cost,

  • Simplify week-to-week billing, and

  • Support consistent attendance and steady progress.

We will provide a written summary of your bundle, including the number of sessions, the discounted total, and how long the bundle is valid.

Policies & Attendance

Your appointment time is reserved just for your child.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is necessary to consider the session a no-show.
A $50 fee applies to missed sessions without 24-hour notice.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payment is due before services are provided.

  • Play to Say Therapy accepts several low-fee options (Zelle, bank bill-pay, checks, and cash).

  • We also accept credit/debit and HSA/FSA cards through our secure system (CarePatron + Stripe). However, they incur a 2-3% processing fee.

  • Prepaid bundles may offer up to a 20% discount for families who are ready to commit to a block of services.
